Vendi Advertising goes high octane

LA CROSSE, Wisc. April 5, 2006 — La Crosse’s Vendi Advertising LLC is growing and the agency’s recent acquisition of La Crosse graphic design firm Digital Octane Creative Group LLC will help further fuel that growth.

Vendi Advertising is a full-service advertising agency serving business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients throughout the Midwest. The April 5, 2006 acquisition of Digital Octane will expand and enhance services offered in the areas of brand identity, graphic design, web design and web development.

Erik Olson and Karen Wallander are two Digital Octane designers newly added to the Vendi team. Lane Butz, former owner of Digital Octane, will also serve as a collaborative resource.

On adding the experienced designers to the team, Vendi creative director Kathy Van Kirk-Przywojski said, “We are happy to be adding such accomplished resources and talent to Vendi. It’s a very complementary addition to an already strong agency.”

“The transition will be very smooth for Digital Octane clients,” says Butz. “They should be pleased with the added services Vendi offers in the areas of marketing, strategic planning and media buying.”
