Media Intern

The media intern may assist with campaign execution and analysis, marketing and media strategy, campaign maintenance and campaign builds. 

The best fit for this position would 

  • Be a college student (sophomore or junior) studying marketing, communications, data analytics, marketing analytics, digital media or related field
  • Be able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
  • Have a basic understanding of marketing strategies, digital media channels, reporting tools, digital media metrics and the different types of media 

Job duties for this position may include

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and plans to meet campaign objectives
  • Conduct industry and competitive research and present research insights to the team 
  • Assist with digital media programs and monitor performance
  • Assist Vendi’s self-promo team and media team with daily maintenance of client campaigns
  • Support the media team with campaign builds
  • Manage and assist with social platforms
  • Assist with organic content calendar scheduling 
  • Assist with agency and client meeting coordination and preparation as needed
  • Participate in agency and client meetings as needed
  • Track all hours in agency time management system
  • Store all working and complete project files on agency server
  • Assist agency team with events, projects, workload and other necessary tasks
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct

  • Basic knowledge of different types of media, including paid, earned and owned
  • Understanding of digital media metrics including clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, etc.
  • General understanding of reporting tools including Google Analytics and TapClicks a bonus
  • Interest in paid media a bonus
